Quick Start Programs

Planet’s Quick Starts are two to five day lab engagements which provide technical knowledge transfer, lab deployment, and access to high level consultants who design and deploy solutions on a consistent basis for enterprise customers worldwide.

They provide your organization a hands-on preview of the Microsoft prescriptive tools, utilities and architecture in the selected solution so you can quickly evaluate the cost and performance benefits to the gained. Quick Starts are provided at your place of business at your convenience.

Quick Starts are intended for those on your team who need to understand the technical details of the solution components. We recommend that you dedicate a minimum of one engineer to shadow the consultant through out the entire process to ensure a complete understanding of the solution from start to finish.

Incidental Support

For hosting customers who do not currently have a Microsoft Premier Support Services (PSS) agreement, Planet has introduced HMC Incidental Support. Delivered as part of Planet’s Service and Support Solutions portfolio, HMC Incidental Support is provided for those hosting customers who have an urgent environmental issue with no PSS in place. HMC Incidental Support is a fixed-cost block of time to be used for the resolution of a specific issue with a hoster’s HMC deployment. This can include consulting, administrative or engineering hours, depending on the issue.
