Planet Named Microsoft SLG Partner of the Year for 2008
Planet Technologies has been awarded the Microsoft State and Local Government (SLG) Partner of the Year for 2008.
Presented by the Microsoft General Manager for SLG and the Vice President for US Public Sector at Microsoft’s Executive Partner Summit this week in Palm Beach, Florida, the award recognizes Planet Technologies for their innovative and exemplary state and local government customer solutions.
Each year, Microsoft recognizes partners for their work with internal Microsoft teams and clients in several key markets. The State and Local Government Partner Award is given to the partner with the most unique use of leading edge technology that provides customers with a solution resulting in the saving of time and cost, while streamlining the process for government agencies to exchange information.
This is the second award given to the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in recent months. In August, Planet won a Federal Partner of the Year award for the fourth year in a row.
