Paul Burden
Paul Burden has more than 20 years experience in the information technology field, much of it working for Microsoft. He spent 12 years running the Federal Systems Division of Microsoft - a division that he founded. Microsoft recognized Mr. Burden for building the most successful business division in the United States. In his last year with the company, Mr. Burden was the director of Internet marketing for Microsoft's Eastern region.

Bruce Tucker
Bruce Tucker founded Pioneer Technologies in 1963. An IT consulting, integration and hardware sales company, Pioneer served commercial and enterprise clients and employed over 500 employees and generated over $500 million in annual revenues per year. Starting with just one office in Washington, DC, Mr. Tucker lead the company’s growth to 11 branches- 10 on the East Coast and one in California. In its prime, Pioneer was the 11th largest company of its kind in the United States and the 27th largest privately owned company in the Washington, DC area. Mr. Tucker served as Chairman and CEO of the company until its purchase in 1995 to Pioneer Standard. Mr. Tucker earned a B.S. in Business Management from American University. Today, Mr. Tucker is active on six boards.

Randall M. Heck
Randall Heck is a portfolio manager and a general partner of Goodnow Investment Group, LLC.  In 1992, Mr. Heck joined Goodnow Investment Group, LLC to assist in managing the assets of Goodnow, Gray & Co., a $500 million hedge fund formed in 1969.  Mr. Heck has investment discretion for a portion of the assets of Goodnow, Gray & Co. as well as a separate fund he created in 1995 called Thresher Partners, L.P.  Lastly, Mr. Heck is co-portfolio manager for Old Kings Capital, L.P. and Old Kings Capital Offshore, Ltd.  From 1983 to 1992 Mr. Heck was employed by Gabelli & Co.  In 1985 he became Managing Director of Gabelli Associates Fund, L.P., an event-driven hedge fund.  From 1988 to 1992 he served as Director of Gabelli Securities, Inc.  Mr. Heck received his B.A. from McDaniel College in 1982 and his M.B.A., graduating with honors, from Columbia University School of Business in 1984.

Mike McCullough
Mr. McCullough retired in 1996 as Chairman of the management consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He joined Booz, Allen & Hamilton in 1965 as a consultant, was elected a partner in the firm in 1971, became Managing Partner of the firm's Technology Center and was elected to the position of Chairman in 1984. Mr. McCullough is a member of the board of First Potomac Realty Trust, an industrial and office-industrial real estate investment trust. Mr. McCullough has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit.
